【キンシャサＡＦＰ時事】コンゴ（旧ザイール）の首都キンシャサで１３日、豪雨による洪水が相次いで発生し、当局の推計で１２０人以上が死亡した。近年で最悪の洪水被害といい、同国政府は１４日から３日間の服喪を宣言した。
